我买了一袋冷冻的野生三文鱼部分。两天后，我把它放在水里放了两分钟，然后调味然后放进烤箱里，把它解冻了。做完饭后，我立即把它放进沙拉里然后开始吃。我吃完之后，10 分钟后我感到恶心，开始猛烈地把所有的三文鱼都扔掉。疑似食物中毒。症状：恶心、呕吐、头痛

Hi, thanks for your comment. TIP: You can get sick from food that quickly. If the contamination is chemical or physical, symptoms can start within minutes. If it is biological contamination, it can start as fast as 30 minutes (e.g. Staph). Other types of contamination can take longer, it all depends on what it was, but it can be fast.
