Ate a steak, Mac and cheese, bread, and loaded baked potato soup. Within 6 hours I was sitting on the toilet throwing up in a bucket. Stomach cramps lasted all night, up every hour. Tried to drink some water, no dice. Spent the whole next day sleeping, not eating, 102 fever, headache, chills. Day 2 and my appetite still hasn’t returned.| 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛, 发烧, 抽筋, 寒战, 头痛
