I had a footlong pepperoni and salami sub on white bread with pickles, lettuce, mayonnaise, and Italian dressing. I ate at about 8-8:30pm. My symptoms started around 3am, I was vomiting continuously and then I was able to sleep til about 5am when I started vomiting more. It is now 5:50am and I can't stop going number 2.
