I ate a griiled chicken sandwich and bacon and cheese baked potato. I ordered around 7:30 pm May.9 2018. I picked off a piece of lettuce that was rotten. At 4am I woke up vomiting. At 7 am I had dirahhrea. | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
