I got the salad breadsticks and fettuccine alfredo I think it was the salad that caused this I got diarrhea and I was vomiting like crazy never has this happened to me before i'm never eating here again  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

The whole family is sick. And this is the only common denominator. We aren’t sure if it was both pizzas or just one as we all had at least one slice of each. Both cooked for the recommended time. Bleh. Miserable.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

3 pm..may 10, 2018... we both ate chips and salsa, steak,mashed potatoes, and corncob. Within one hour vomiting stomach cramps 2nd Party had stomach cramps the next day,and was in bed all day.feeling hot and cold and severe acid reflux.both parties are seniors and feeling better after 2 days.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃酸倒流

Bought a custom sweet green kale salad with chicken on 5/7 and ate it on 5/8. Got sick approx. 10 hours later. Cannot be 100% sure it was from this but seems most likely culprit since no one else in my household got sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐
