So I ate a fillet and fries at about 1pm. I got nauseous straight after and laid down. I felt nauseous all day. Felt a temp around 5pm. Stayed rest of the day. It’s now 12 midnight and I have been vomiting and have a upset stomach  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我订购了培根双芝士汉堡、中度薯条和苹果派。我下午早些时候吃了薯条和苹果派，一个小时后把汉堡保存起来。吃完汉堡后一个小时，我开始感到非常恶心。吃我的汉堡时，我注意到它很难咬进去，泡菜的味道也很不寻常。我感到头晕和不适。当我独自在图书馆学习时，我发现必须找到回家的路。我上床时有偏头痛和胃痉挛，第二天早上因腹泻醒来，感觉很不舒服。我以前从来没有遇到过问题，但现在我绝对不会回去了！
