我晚上 7 点在皮埃蒙特北餐厅共进晚餐，午夜我开始抽筋。我在凌晨 1 点左右出现腹泻，我立刻知道这是食物中毒，因为我以前从未有过这种疼痛感。我开始在下午 3 点左右多次呕吐。当我洗澡时，我开始头晕，为了避免晕倒，不得不爬出淋浴间坐下来。至少为学校付出了一大笔钱，我感到愤慨的是，我 19 年来第一次因食物生病是在食堂里。

I ate a large fry with the cajun seasoning they provide there. I started not feeling well shortly after finishing and I thought I was getting a cold but I go to the bathroom every 20 minutes to go to the bathroom over and over.  | 症状: 腹泻

我喝了焦糖星冰乐。在两个小时内，我感到恶心、头晕、炎热，然后出现了一阵爆炸性腹泻。我去洗手间后情况好转了，但是因为喝了这种饮料，我不得不跳过一半的课。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 头晕

I hadn’t eaten anything else last Wednesday besides a chicken quesadilla from the Saddleback cafeteria and a week later i have stabbing pains in my stomach that have never been more painful and diarrhea still. The chicken looked half cooked and pink.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
