Order Quesadia with fry supreme. Only one in my family to eat it within suspected time frame. Missed a day of work because of vomiting and diarrhea. Should have listen to my gut when the drive thru employee didn't seem to care about anything.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

上周三下午 1 点左右我在麦当劳吃过。我有一只小鸡，mcdouble 和焦糖圣代。那天晚上我有了 diarreah，不得不去洗手间 5 次以上，但仍然头疼得很厉害  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 头痛
