Me and my family Ate McDonald’s yesterday later on me and my parter have diahrea & nausea for a few hours then eventually was sick. Now I have still got stomach cramps and fever, 2 out of 4 got sick .. so far. Partners symptoms were instant and mine was 10 hours later  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 发烧, 腹泻, 抽筋

I had a tower burger then all throughout the night I had cramps and then I had sulfur burps and the sulfur burps make me feel even more sick., I was the only one who ate it I at the food at 23.00 and then my symptoms started at 4.30am  | 症状: 发烧, 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋, Burping
