我购买了一个 20 块金块分享盒、双层芝士汉堡和大薯条和饮料。我没能完成所有工作，但是一开始的可乐味道太平坦和陈旧了。我尽量不注意它，因为食物看起来还不错。这是我整天吃的唯一一顿饭，而且我期望从中得到什么不好的东西。吃完饭后，我立刻感到胃虚弱，有点恶心。我仍然试图把它放在一边，但是我开始喝了很多汽油，4 小时后胃痛很严重，呕吐和腹泻。很多是我吃过的金块。这是一次痛苦的经历，我一直无法休息。已经过去了 6 个多小时，我仍然感到非常痛苦和不适。

Started feeling sick at 6am 5/02/19. Had reduced items hoi sin duck wrap which I ate yesterday as it was the sell by date and also ate a little ready meal which contained some salmon, rice and carrots. Still feel sick and it’s 6.15am.  | 症状: 呕吐

I contacted shigella from eating kfc. This was the last thing I ate on Wednesday and I started feeling unwell on Thursday. I now have dysentery, nausea and fever. I have been bed ridden with abdominal cramps. I have taken so much meds and still not relieved yet. I am so angry and in pain.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

Selects and fries meal.
Was colder than usual so I just left the rest and stopped eating
Left work early the next day due to feeling too sick
Loss of appetite
Vomited once
Have diarrhoea
Fever (sweating forehead)
Nausea on many occasions

I ate chicken mayo burger. Went to McDonald's Wednesday night 10 hours later started getting stomach cramps then sickness and diarrhoea. Just one sick as only one person had McDonald's  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋
