I ordered 2 sausage and egg mcmuffins with extra bacon and 1 egg and cheese mcmuffin with no egg on the Saturday 9th February at 09:00 am. At about 1pm myself, my wife and my sister started having continuous vomitting and diarrhea was out pretty much the whole weekend.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Bought 6inch meat feast at around 4pm Saturday 8th feb 2019 this was the only thing I had eaten that day apart from a biscuit around 10 am , I started feeling ill around 7.30pm that night , I was up most of the night with stomach pains and then diarrhoea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain

Had the vegetable soup and was sick with diarrhoea and vomiting then a few days later after feeling better had the Aldi Tomato and basil and was again sick with diarrhoea no other links to being Ill  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
