I consumed 3 breakfast sandwiches and in about 6 hours time I started getting chills and fatigue  I consumed 3 breakfast sandwiches and in about 6 hours time I started getting chills and fatigue and later on that evening I was vomiting and had diarrhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 寒战, 疲劳

Evening of 03.17.2020
Ate a original burger with cheese, onion rings, and apple pie. My wife got a fish sandwich and shared the sides.
