Hot bar lunch: bbq and Hawaiian chicken, roast potatoes, carrots, rice. Next morning felt nauseous. By 11am couldn’t even keep water down and had a bad fever and was bedridden. Next day and fever has finally broke, will try drinking water today.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate dinner at 7pm last night with my husband who ate a similar burrito.

We both developed nausea symptoms at 11am the next day which turned into violent vomiting and diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
