Ate chicken salad sandwich, my friend are chicken soup and my other friend are the crispy chicken. My other two friends went to the hospital because they couldn't stop puking, and I was nauseous all night till the morning.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

I had a chicken Caesar salad for lunch and by mindnight was vomiting and diarrhea uncontrollably and could not leave the batjhroom. This is the second time at the same restaurant. I will never eat McDonalds again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
