2016 年 7 月 9 日吃了一个奶酪汉堡和薯条。不到几个小时，我就收到了持续 8 天的严重抽筋、腹泻和呕吐。大约 3 天无法进食或喝水。医生几乎不得不给我注射静脉注射来脱水。症状结束一周后仍然感到不适。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 脱水, 抽筋

Ate spinach feta wrap at 11am. Diarrhea started at around noin and lasted all day and night. Fever, aches and pains throughout the day and night. Vomiting commenced at 3am the next night.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

I was so sick it felt like the flu 24 hours i had it for after eating the new chicken pizza there gross it tasted half cooked to gross i new the pizza was bad and the people at all 711 don't know how to cook there pizza  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
