Third day of trip in the evening I experienced shooting pains and felt feverish. Then experienced terrible diarrhea. Spent several hours in and out of bathroom. Seemed to subside but happened as gain the next 2 evenings after dinner. I was afraid to eat, Started 2 days… 更多

Ate at the hard rock. Had 1 alcoholic drink and soda pop. Felt like a rag doll with my arms going completely limp and numb, confused, dizzy and drooling. The came the chills fever and severe vomiting. Slept and felt drugged for two days. Started feeling better… 更多

I was there in January 14-21 and became very ill. Constant diarrhea and cramping. I then flew home and was sick for 2.5 weeks. The doctor tested me for parasite but checked out clear. She thought maybe I had the flu. I did eat at many of then restaurants as well  | 症状: 腹泻, 抽筋

My family and I traveled to the resort May 16th thru the 23rd. My daughter and husband got ill the day before we left. Extreme cramping making my daughter unable to get out of bed. Diarrhea and cramps lasted for 7 to 10 days after returning home.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋

I was having lunch if guacamole, chips, pineapple, and lettuce when I started feeling really bad. Made it back to the room and the violent vomiting started. It was only 10 minutes since starting to eat. It was so bad I had to go to the hospital.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

从度假村出发。我们相信我们的饮料被篡改了。严重呕吐和抽搐。

在多米尼加共和国的普拉塔港生活方式度假村, 酒保中的一些人喝了一杯酒，他取回了柜子下面的神秘物品。.下一次我们知道已经过去了几个小时，他就称它为 mamajuana，我们不知道如何到达另一个度假胜地的游泳池，我丈夫喝了几杯就病得很重。他是个大个子，可以拿酒但不能这样。我丈夫必须去度假村的 ER 然后他们告诉他他只是喝醉了。我们知道情况并非如此。他们把我们送走了。，我丈夫因严重呕吐和胸痛以及抱怨无法呼吸而生病。他开始抽搐和呕吐更多。我们回到美国已经过去了 5 天，他仍然患有严重的腹泻和胸痛。，我们认为度假村的食物没有为食品安全准备得当，这也可能是导致他生病的原因。回家后我也有腹泻症状。我们的另外两个朋友也有同样的症状。，我们的朋友也在我们的别墅里。他们直到昨天才喝太多酒，他们在沙滩上喝了几杯酒，白天和黑夜的其余时间都病得重。
