We had a destination wedding and had over 100 guests attend the resort. About 50 of our guests were terribly ill once they returned home. It seemed like it was a case of E Coli. Many of our guests were hospitalized once they returned home. Symptoms included: vomiting, diarrhea, fever, chills,  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 寒战

我们去度蜜月，我妻子在他们的屋顶酒吧吃饭后马上就得了 diahrrea、呕吐、发冷和发烧。吃了炸玉米饼然后两天后我去了同一家酒店的墨西哥菜然后拿下来了。我们回到加利福尼亚的那天就到了急诊室。不太好。

Got violently ill with fever. Nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Paramedic and doctor from resort came to iv me. Legs felt like jello, very disorientef and weakness the rest of the week. Took 2 weeks after we came back to the good ole USA to finally get better. Ate salad and fruit while in there.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 弱点

2016 年 8 月入住的第二天，我每隔 10 分钟就会出现一次令人难以置信的腹痛，会引起腹泻。102 发烧可怕的头痛。我 7 岁的孩子在第三次入住时生病了。在接下来的旅程中，她的发烧是 104。每 10 分钟就有很多呕吐和腹泻。他们在度假村没有儿童药物或治疗。我们一到纽约，她就住院了，检查结果表明我女儿患有沙门氏菌。我们吃了水果、沙拉、水和冰。度假村的餐厅没有空调，非常潮湿。

Not sure what or how because out of 26 of all have had these symptoms and yet we all ate at different restaurants. A common factor was the pool we all were in. We been back almost a eeek and we are still sick. Some are getting anti biotics Today I w, 26 a day after we got there may 29  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻
