I had a double cheeseburger there around 5pm. It was actually just warm rather than hot but I was so hungry I just ate it. That night I had nausea, stomach cramps and diarrhoea which has lasted most of the weekend  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋

I had a Blueberry muffin on Wednesday afternoon which was pretty old, dry and with a weird taste. On Thursday morning diarrhea, vomiting and stomach cramps starter, today it's Sunday and I keep having the symptoms and this pain all over my belly area. I visit A&E and my GP to confirm.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

All 3 of my children eat at 5.30ish and my first child was sick at 6.30 then my second was sick from 8.30 and keep being sick and my 3rd child was sick at 12am. We order chicken nuggets children meal x2 and a mcchicken meal  | 症状: 呕吐

Ate crunch wrap supreme Wednesday night , Thursday felt sick , cold sweats , Thursday night D and V all night until 5am ... Friday (today) still in bed cold sweats.... other than my breakfast the following morning that was the last real meal I ate .... shocking .  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 出汗

我们四个人吃了晚饭，第二天都醒来呕吐、恶心和发烧/发冷。我们分享了我们订购的所有西班牙小吃风格的盘子，还有 4 个人的甜点碗。这是一家拥有米其林星级的漂亮餐厅。他们提供的东西使我们食物中毒。我们确实通知了餐厅，他们告诉我们，由于我们没有粪便样本，也没有去看医生，他们不会考虑这份报告。实际上，食物并没有进入身体的那个方向-我们都把所有东西都吐出来了。那也是圣诞节前夕，所以他们没有医生。遗憾的是，他们没有认真对待这份报告。
