订购了带有蓝纹奶酪和啤酒的小鸡块。我吃饭快一个小时后开始感觉恶心了。整个晚上每2小时呕吐大约2个小时。之前没事吧。没有发烧发冷  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 寒战, 发烧

I was so excited to try the new item on the menu and ate it and I tasted so gross then to find out later that night that I was throwing up from food poisoning because I ate it, don't suggest it to anyone not the first person to get it either  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

Ate at 130, by 230 didn't feel good, tried to work through it, but was going to bathroom ever 20 minutes. Left work by 520, home at 535. Continued bathroom use and followed by vomiting. Been in bed ever since with fever and upset stomach. Never eating at any chipotle again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
