Ate at 130, by 230 didn't feel good, tried to work through it, but was going to bathroom ever 20 minutes. Left work by 520, home at 535. Continued bathroom use and followed by vomiting. Been in bed ever since with fever and upset stomach. Never eating at any chipotle again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

I had the rice bowl with chicken at noon for lunch . Later that evening I become really sick . Very nauseous in the beginning then vomiting . My whole body hurt. I started to run a very high fever . The worst feeling of my life.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
