Ate the coleslaw around 8:30pm on 11/10/19, 2:00am reported abdominal pain, by 3:00am 11/11/19 reported nausea, fever, chills and severe diarrhea til approximately 4:30am. Continued symptoms of abdominal pain and diarrhea for additional 5-7 days.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 其他, 发烧, 寒战, 胃痛
