After eating and finishing drink about 30 mins later i felt a wave of sweat amd nausea so ran to the toilet and then the other symptoms all started was in and out the loo most of the evening  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I grabbed a McDonald's 'Signature' burger from the one in Brixton, London. I felt a bit gurgly a couple of hours afterwards and it was followed by diarrhoea and a general yucky feeling. It was the only thing I had eaten so could only have been that. For 2 days now, the upset stomach remains!  | 症状: 腹泻

我吃了一个含低脂奶酪的素食披萨，然后我睡了大约 4 个小时，醒来时胃里抽筋极大，我得了疾病和腹泻我已经生病了 3 次，无法离开我现在坐在这里的厕所。我不会说伊夫舍姆是最清楚的，因为这是我第三次觉得自己会从那里得到多米诺骨牌，但他的时间太糟糕了！我再也不会吃多米诺骨牌了
