Whent in to get a mega melt for my breakfast. Brought a mega melt. Latter on in the day started to feel all fever ish and acking. Then having to keep running to the toilets. Did not eat anything eles all day. Also there was flies flying around and the lettuce looked brown. It did not look fresh  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧

On Monday 23rd may 2016 at roughly 12pm I brought a 12 inch herb and cheese spicy Italian at 17:22 I started th roughing up everything I had. After lunch I did not eat anything else due to the the foot long filling me up but now I feel so sick me I keep throwing up  | 症状: 呕吐

Me and the family went there on Saturday 21st may in the evening, I had a cold salad hubby had fish and chips kids had cakes, soon as we left about an hour later our stomachs were in pain a knotting feeling kids had to go toilet one vomited and so did I.  | 症状: 呕吐
