我吃了海鲜，我有海鲜扁面条，它没味道，但是贻贝很苦，在我离开餐厅之前我已经扔掉了，半小时后在对面的酒吧里小跑了，我生病了很多次，我头痛又感到胡扯  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 头痛

Today I skipped breakfast and went straight to dinner this evening. It was around 7 pm to Mcdonalds in Cirencester. After an hour or so I began feeling nauseous and began vomiting, my stomach was churning, I had uncontrollable diarrhoea. We usually use them all the time… 更多

昨天我和朋友一起去了麦当劳，我们整天都没吃饭，所以晚上 11 点去买食物。他吃了油炸，零可乐和双奶酪汉堡，在那里他取出了 gyrkins。我吃了一个巨无霸、奶酪汉堡和一个大的 cgolate 奶昔。第二天醒来的时候我不得不重复带着液体粪便去厕所。这被头痛、旅游区域的疼痛和恶心所占据。

我开车花了 40 分的时间去上班去拿一些文件，对此我很遗憾，因为恶心和腹泻我不得不在加油站停下来。在上午 10 点半的工作中，我不得不通过大便 3 次然后呕吐一次。

大约 3 个小时后我开车回家。在家时，我感觉更加头晕，粪便更多。

然后我睡到下午 5 点我发现醒来起床时我又多次呕吐了两次，而且我的疼痛和头痛多于恶心。

我已经开始服用 peptor bismol，因为我的肛门因大便过多而开始燃烧。我一定要喝大量的水。

这是我在商店遇到的唯一主要问题，我似乎确实注意到了新手，所以我不确定。在可预见的将来不会去任何麦当劳。

Children got food poisoning as diagnosed by g.p they ate here all through there holiday was ill by the end of the week vomiting diarhia..... pain are horrific on there guts a week later tjete still really poorly  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

I had 2 99p cheeseburgers at around 10:15pm and also a chocolate milkshake. The next morning (6am) I started to feel sick. I was then sick, after being sick I started with diarrhoea. Both vomiting and diarrhoea continued through the day and till later on at night.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
