我们都有麦当劳（我们的家庭 4、2 个成人 2 个孩子-9 岁和 4 个孩子），我们通过 uber eats 订购了配送服务，送达非常迅速。送达时已经是 19.55 了，无论如何，孩子们平时吃了（四分之一磅加奶酪餐和一顿金块快乐餐），所以晚上剩下的时间一切都很好，孩子们晚些时候在 9 点 30 分上床睡觉（无论如何让他们的晚餐放下去，因为已经太晚了）... 所以我们起床上学通常在 6 点 45 分左右，我 9 岁的孩子抱怨胃痉挛然后突然来了（到处都是大便）所以一个小时过去了，我现在已经把病人擦洗了至少 4 次然后 4 岁的孩子又开始了它无处不在，所以现在是星期五下午 13.56 我有两个生病的孩子应该在学校，我家闻起来纯粹是呕吐物和便便（不管我漂白多少），最糟糕的是我知道还远没有结束...

I ordered a chicken pita wrap and normally it’s ok. But I ate it around 1pm and then a couple of hours later I started needing to go to the toilet. It continued through for the next couple of days. Horrible feeling.  | 症状: 腹泻

me and my 2 year old son went Greggs cause he was hungry. he had been find all day until after eating that. we got back home and ever since we had eaten it we have been throwing up and can't keep anything down. I ain't happy at all with this. j wanna know what's gonna be done.  | 症状: 呕吐
