Three of us had a McDonald's mid-afternoon, in the early hours of the morning two of us were vomiting (one with diarrhoea) and another suffered with nausea and diarrhoea by late morning. We had different meals but all had chips. Still feeling nauseous the following day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

昨天午餐时间我有一英尺长的意大利 BMT。吃完后我立刻感到臃肿而且不舒服。我继续感觉像这样，整天都变得恶心，然后昨晚凌晨开始出现严重的抽筋和腹泻。大约 2 小时后开始呕吐，两者都持续到今天早上 9 点。
我这辈子从未如此恶心。

我和我的搭档决定在下午3点左右开一辆肯德基。我们俩都点了 zinger stacker 餐，像一顿饭一样大。这包括薯条和百事可乐。大约 4 小时后，在我两次腹泻后不久，我就能尝到嘴里有水的味道和恶心的感觉。然后我在早上 6 点醒来时感觉不舒服，胃痛不好，又有腹泻。我的伙伴从凌晨 5 点开始出现症状
