I had the Japanese noodles.
They tasted fine.
I hadn't eaten anything else since the morning so my stomach was empty.
Within 30 minutes of eating,
I began sweating with vomit diahreah and my body went into full evacuation mode and has been every since.
Roughly 12 hours ago.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

My friend and I had the same meal but she didn't have barbeque sauce. I had lunch at 11:30 and was deathly ill by 7:30 pm. I am seeing my Dr. This morning. Bloody stools and vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
