On 2-14-16 I ate BBQ chicken salad and a cup of the chicken artichoke soup around 930pm. By 7am I woke up to nausea-- its now 8am and I'm still in the bathroom with diarrhea and vomitting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

我在 2016 年 1 月 8 日今天下午 130-20 点之间进来了... 买了四分之一磅重的餐。像往常一样吃了但是，大约下午 3 点左右，我注意到会有强烈的胃痛来来去去...后来在开车回家的路上，我一直感到强烈的胃痛，注意到我的头变暖了。到了我在发抖的地步。我吃了些药来降低温度...就在晚上 11 点 45 分左右，我的胃又有了剧烈的疼痛，然后冲到洗手间，那里所有的地狱都崩溃了...太好了我得了食物中毒...不再有 Mc Donalds 给我的家人了！跳过麦当劳的人。
