On 2-14-16 I ate BBQ chicken salad and a cup of the chicken artichoke soup around 930pm. By 7am I woke up to nausea-- its now 8am and I'm still in the bathroom with diarrhea and vomitting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
