I ate ranchero chicken enchiladas and a side salad with ranch at about 2:30 or 3 on Saturday June 3. Sunday June 4th i woke up at 6:30 and started vomiting. This lasted almost 6 hours and then the diarrhea started.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
