我在 2017 年 5 月 27 日生日的前一天和 5 月 31 日吃了 2 个 dorrito tacos 和 1 个普通的硬壳炸玉米饼，但由于持续的腹泻和呕吐以及寒冷，我晚上仍然无法入睡。每次我吃掉他们的毛食物时，它们都应该关掉我一生中最严重的疾病。

Saturday April 8th. My daughter both had bean and cheese burritos and within 1 hour we were both violently ill....still sick another 24 hours, the vomiting and body cramps were/are awful.
Spoke to a friend and she also got sick at the same Taco Bell a week… 更多

On Christmas day at 11am I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich. There was only one guy working that I could see and he seemed like he was high. I ate my sandwich and at 5 pm I was throwing up, and major diarrhea with aches and pains and chills. I will never eat at Jack n the box again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

5:30pm-Ate from the Whole Foods 'hot bar' (steamed broccoli, macaroni, and a sausage-type dish with assorted vegetables.
12/6
4:00am-Wake up with extreme nausea, run to bathroom to vomit and diarrhea. (continues for 2 1/2 hours)
11:30 am-Leave for school, still feeling nauseous
