大约 3 小时前我刚吃了 Cobb 沙拉，现在我在家里查找为什么我要呕吐、发冷和腹泻。这不行，我太生气了。我以前从未有过食物中毒，所以我不确定这是不是发生了什么事，但是我还有很多次吃过这种沙拉，为什么现在突然之间我有这种感觉。
