First and last time eating here. Ordered chicken tenders and they looked like something you would throw in the microwave, 5 hours later started having diarrhea and vomiting profusely. Was up all night long with a bad fever and nausea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

On 9/20/18, ordered breakfast burrito, orange juice and fruit parfait. After 30 minutes or so, I started having diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and fever. I will go to the doctor today because symptoms has not gotten better.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
