On 07/17/2018 my coworkers and I ordered some cheeseburgers and fry’s from In n Out in Oakland around 11pm. Shortly after we ate the food we developed sharp pains in our stomach and starting vomiting. We didn’t eat or drink anything else that night.  | 症状: 呕吐

我和妻子在 Mayura 吃饭后（2018 年 7 月 25 日星期日晚上）都得了非常严重的食物中毒。我们星期一 26 日因腹泻醒来。我下班很早回家，因为我感觉很好，然后开始呕吐。我整夜都在呕吐，有冷热汗水和幻觉。我和妻子不得不在星期二 27 日下班。现在是星期三 28 日，我们的胃部仍然不适，而且非常虚弱。
