Went to Habit 4/19 had a cheeseburger and fries. Went home and about and hour and a half after eating I got intense stomach cramps and nausea and started throwing up. No fever, just stomach pain felt better once I threw up every thing in my stomach.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 胃痛, 抽筋, 寒战, 发烧

I threw up within two hours of eating at the Applebee’s in Lodi. I hadn’t eaten anything else all day After having the steak skillet on top of grilled mushrooms for dinner at Applebee’s about 5-6 Hours later I had diarrhea and was throwing up. On 4/21 I ordered Viva food market Chinese food from the deli at around 7pm. Went home and ate at around 8pm. Went to bed and woke up at 2:30am feeling nauseous, stomach aches, diarrhea and vomiting. I hadn’t eaten anything else prior to the Chinese food during the day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 恶心, 胃痛
