晚上 11 点我在麦当劳，决定买一个没有洋葱的 McDouble 芝士汉堡。然后我去看电影然后在凌晨 2 点左右回家，在那里我直接睡觉。我想在凌晨 5 点左右醒来，连续一个小时无法停止呕吐，然后我因为胃痛而无法回去睡觉。
