My husband and I had dinner on a Friday night and on Sunday afternoon we were both extremely ill. It's wednesday now been out of work for two days and I still don't feel right.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

鸡块在晚上 7 点左右坐了 3/5。睡着了。晚上 9 点 30 分左右醒来时肚子隆隆和疼痛。有腹泻。回去睡觉了再次醒来后会出现更多腹泻。回去睡觉了晚上 11 点 30 分左右跑到洗手间呕吐。从那时起，每小时连续呕吐/干燥一次，直到早上 7 点左右。有严重的寒战。3 月 6 日上午 10 点左右感觉好些。试着吃。中午 12 点左右再次感到恶心。又发冷了，睡到下午 6 点。醒来时头痛，第二天 3/7 下班待在家里。睡了一整天。下午 2 点左右感觉 “更好”。晚上头痛又回来了。3/8 回去工作时感觉虚弱和头晕。早上 11 点左右能吃百吉饼。下午 1 点感觉更多自己。

昨天 2 月 24 日下午 1 点 45 分左右我吃了麦当劳的鸡肉香肠三明治。我的症状在半夜使我醒来，我有呕吐、腹泻、胃痉挛和肌肉酸痛/有些虚弱。那是我昨天吃的唯一需要煮好的东西。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋, 弱点, 肌肉疼痛
