Ate autumn squash soup and flatbread turkey and cranberry sandwich at 3pm for lunch. Was projectile vomiting after about twelve hours. Still sick, two days later. Won't be going back.  | 症状: 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

Only meal of the day was snack size Buffalo Wild Wings with medium sauce. Shortly after eating, had intense nausea and diarrhea. Woke up this morning not feeling any better and difficulty walking to work.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
