12 月 3 日星期日下午 4 点左右我从牛排里吃东西然后摇晃 3 个射手奶酪和番茄酱、薯条和假日摇晃白巧克力摩卡咖啡。午夜时分，我醒来时心跳加速，头晕，开始呕吐，腹泻非常糟糕，情况持续不断，我不得不被带到紧急情况，他们告诉我我脱水了。实验室结果显示我正在与感染细菌作斗争，心率为 145。我住院了两天。在医院里，我被告知我是第五例因牛排和奶昔引起的食物中毒。

I had the turkey burger. Tasted ok, later that night I had diarrhea for several hours. Finally in the morning I vomited, like out of a horror movie, but felt better.
