我今天早上 8 点半吃了烟熏培根高达早餐三明治。早上 9 点之前我因恶心、呕吐和潮热/冷而生病。我不得不离开工作岗位。现在（下午 1:15），我还是很恶心，胃痛严重。  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 胃痛

我在下午 2 点左右吃了 Chiptole 午餐，下午 3 点 30 分，我开始感到胃痛。当我在下午 6 点半左右回家时，我得了腹泻然后开始呕吐。它主要变成了呕吐。我发冷和发烧，一分钟发热然后一分钟感冒。这是一次可怕的经历，再也不会在那里吃东西了！

I ordered about $15 worth of soft and crunchy tacos... I felt fine before eating. After eating some of the tacos I began getting a fever and nauseated. Now with diarrhea the following day and a low grade fever...I feel BAD!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧
