My boyfriend and I both had 2 tacos at about 10 pm. I woke up at 1 am and was violently ill. This continued hourly until 9 am. My boyfriend started getting ill a few hours after me and remained ill all night as well. It was the only thing we ate in common all day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我在 7 月 22 日 12 点或 1 点左右吃了鸡肉麦努格，一个小时后我动不住了我颤抖太糟糕了我呕吐了 3 次我超级头晕，每次我尝试说话最终都导致我呕吐我受不了我受不了一切发生后我有偏头痛，第二天我得了腹泻，胃痛

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza last night around 1030pm, a couple hours later I was unable to go to sleep due to nausea. Today I have been home with a fever and diahrrea. Have been sick from here before but didn't think it could have been the pizza.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧
