I went to Applebee’s around 9 pm yesterday. I ate the chicken wonton tacos and immediately the next morning i had dirrhea, vomiting, nausea, and fever., it only took less than 8 hrs for it to kick in. no one else got sick who was woth me.  | 症状: 呕吐, 发烧, 恶心

I ate at McDonald’s around 2:45pm, I ordered a large fry to share with my daughter and a ranch crispy snack wrap for myself. I started feeling ill around 7pm. Last Saturday this happened too in a different location. I only had the steak, chicken, and cheese, same as today and within hours I'm feeling nauseous. Last Saturday I was throwing up all night. Ate chicken nugget, apples juice, fried and apple slices from mcdonalds, 1 got sick either from the Apples or the apple juice. We both had the same meal but she had apples and apple juice and I didn't get sick  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 恶心
