Ate 4/15/2019 around 1 PM. I had wonton soup, chicken on sticks, rice, and corn. Drank only to water with ice. Several hours later, I got sick with diarrhea and then vomiting all night and still sick. Some food was cold. I ate cake and a piece of ice cream sandwich for dessert. | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 腹泻

昨天（2019 年 4 月 12 日星期五）晚上 8 点左右，我 3 岁的孩子吃了 1/2 尺寸的苹果山核桃沙拉（没有鸡肉）和一小块炸薯条。这是她在晚上 9 点半左右睡觉之前的最后一件事。今天早上 3 点，她开始猛烈呕吐。它在开始消退之前定期进行了大约一个小时。今天早上 8 点她醒来后呕吐得更多。这次伴随着腹泻。她今天根本没吃东西，但一直在喝 Pedialyte。她整天（定期）继续腹泻和呕吐。随后，现在是下午 5 点左右，她正在发烧，所以我们很快就会带她去紧急护理。
