My son and I had chipotle last night. He threw up on the floor at Walmart this morning while trying to make it to the bathroom and has had horrible diarrhea and nausea/vomiting all day . I seem to have a milder case but am also experiencing GI issues.  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐

Thursday April 15th, Apple Valley MN location. I’m thinking the lettuces I woke up in the middle of the night violently vomiting and diarrhea and extreme stomach cramps. I’ve had diarrhea until today 3/24. Went to UC .  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 抽筋, 恶心, 胃痛
