我拿到了 Chipotle 鸡肉新鲜墨西哥碗。那个星期四晚上我在晚餐时吃了它真的很棒，但是一夜之间我醒来时带着腹泻和普遍的恶心跑到洗手间。整个周末我都在床上试图不要移动太多，因为头痛、恶心和腹泻持续不断。

?food from True food kitchen at the plaza, I ordered seasonal salad. What came appeared to be topped with red bell peppers which I had specified I was allergic to. I sent it back and was brought a different salad that was nothing like what was described in seadonsl  | 症状: 腹泻

Both my wife and I are vomiting, running a fever, experiencing stomach cramps that feel like needles and we are unable to keep fluids down. We are also experiencing diarrhea. The symptoms started about 12 hours after consumption.  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 抽筋

My husband ordered the sausage biscuit last Saturday and was sick, vomiting, diarrhea, and stomach ache the next day. We had McDonald's again (he had a sausage biscuit again thinking nothing of it) this Saturday and he is ill again today (Sunday).  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我和妻子都订购了本尼迪克特牛里脊蛋。它来得很冷，我们在放弃之前吃了大约一半。我妻子在大约 5/6 小时后感到非常恶心，凌晨 2 点左右撞到了我。之后我们没有吃任何其他食物。我整天都在床上睡觉，经历了呕吐、发烧等。

3/29/19 @ 8pm Egg/cheese breakfast sandwich. Only one in group who ordered breakfast, & only one sick. Deathly sick. Vomiting Diarrhea @ same time, can't even hold water down after 32hrs.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
