我 9 岁的孙女和我（65 岁的女性）在 19 年 3 月 8 日星期五吃了麦克努格鸡肉。她吃了 9 我吃了 1 块金块之后不久，我们俩都感到头晕，一直持续到睡前。第二天早上她有好几次干燥的重量，没有食欲，但我只是有点头晕。到目前为止还没有腹泻仍在监测星期六 3/9/19 下午

We ate on Wed. 3-6-'19. I had Biscuits and Gravy with 2 Eggs and Hash-Browns. My Wife had an Omelette w/toast and Hashbrowns. we both are very sick to our stomachs. Me throwing up many times last night and this Morning. My wife hasn't thrown up as… 更多

我在 3 月 3 日至 19 日下午 3 点 30 分开始吃我的 “意大利之旅”。我注意到我的鸡巴马干酪非常橡胶状，看起来很黏糊，味道很奇怪我没吃完，但是在晚上 3 点 50 分左右我吃完了 Zuppa Toscana，在下午 3 点 55 分吃完饭，大约下午 4 点 30 分我注意到我的胃感到不适，但直到下午 5 点 30 分左右我才知道是从食物里拿出来的下午 6:00 我觉得自己要呕吐了，大约 7 点 10 分钟后我有腹泻，五分钟后又有腹泻。然后在晚上 7 点 22 分我呕吐了很多。我带着水样腹泻和呕吐来回走了三个小时。我有坏胃痉挛，头痛，发冷，极度虚弱，我一生中从未如此恶心。第二天（3-3-19）我在上午 11 点 08 分醒来，我的身体受伤非常严重，尤其是我的腰部区域，但仍然头痛。那天晚些时候我在下午 4 点 45… 更多
