在圣路易斯 Galleria 购物中心内的 Five Guys 吃过午餐。我有热狗、普通薯条和苏打水。回到办公室不到一个小时，我就病得了暴力。太晕了，我不得不被同事开车回家。我整夜都在呕吐多次，在厕所里露营，头疼得很厉害。今天早上还是头晕而且胃痛。我现在正在尝试重新使用固体食物。我很长一段时间都不会回去了。
