It may be water because my wife did not drink tap water and is not sick. Others did.,, Hotel restaurant/ I forget name Mgm grand stayed April 12th to 15th. Three others in my group of 7 also, 5 people. Symptoms started on day 3 of stay  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 腹泻

晚上 8 点左右开始晚餐。我和一位同事吃了菲力牛排。饭后大约 20 分钟，我们俩都开始感到非常不舒服：出汗、发冷、发抖、严重的胃痉挛和腹泻。我的同事不得不错过迈克尔·杰克逊节目的上半场（我没那么糟糕）。我们队伍中的另外两个人得到了不同的肉块，但我们仍在抱怨胃部问题，尽管没有那么激烈。

Thursday morning April 7 at roughly 9 AM I ate an Egg McMuffin with cheese and about three hours later got really sick. I fell sleep at work. I was working at the arena and ended up vomiting many hours later that evening and I've been having diarrhea ever since.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Diahrrea, Malaise, Fever, Naussea. Began during the night after arriving home from a trip. They slice the meat on site and something told me not to purchase the sandwich due to the inattentive staff and general look of the meat cutter and surfaces. I did not listen… 更多
