昨天我买了好吃的烧烤金块，三明治/金块组合餐和 5 小时后开始感到恶心。我不得不跑到洗手间然后我开始剧烈呕吐然后出现腹泻。  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛, 发烧, 抽筋, 寒战, 头痛

Delivered order had four live roaches in it that were found after we finished eating. They were running all over the plates. Reported to the NC Dept of Health, which told us that "there was a problem at Jade they are working to correct.". Jade told us it wasn't their problem.
