Ate last night for dinner. Had veggie pizza with artichoke, Greek olive, pepper, galic. Had another pizza with pesto sauce and veggies. We have three family members sick with diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, chills, fever and stomach pain.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 寒战, 胃痛

Not sure I ate there at 2 pm & leftover pizza at 7. At about 9, I became very nauseous and began throwing up. By 2 am, it became both vomiting and diarrhea. It ceased at about 6 am and I had a low grade fever and was very sleepy until about 11 pm the next night  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 疲劳

19 年 2 月 4 日晚餐吃了 Haystack Tavern 汉堡后剧烈发冷、呕吐和腹泻。突然来到了深夜，一直生病直到凌晨。第二天也花了我一份工作。我再也不会在 Red Robin 吃东西了。至少在去年，这个地点一直在走下坡路。许多没有公共汽车的桌子，周围吃了一半的食物，地板上有面包屑，侍应生不足。以前从来没有像现在这样。给我带来食物中毒的汉堡是作为外卖在网上订购的。我们把它捡起来了
